We are seeking a skilled **Electric Production Engineer** to oversee and manage the production processes for electrical boxes and switches in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, managing production schedules, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet customer demand and deadlines. * Supervise daily operations of the electric box and switch assembly lines. * Ensure all electrical components and final products meet technical specifications and quality standards. * Troubleshoot production issues related to wiring, assembly, or electrical components. * Collaborate with design, procurement, and QA teams to improve processes and product performance. * Maintain compliance with electrical safety codes and factory regulations. * Optimize production lines for cost\-efficiency, quality, and speed. * Train and supervise technicians and machine operators. * Review electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical documents to guide production. * Implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles where applicable. **Recruitment Requirements:** **Education \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Professional certifications (optional but preferred): PMP, Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or similar. **Experience:** * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing, preferably in switchgear or electric box production. * Hands\-on experience with electrical assembly lines, testing equipment, and quality inspection tools. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and switchgear standards. * Familiarity with production planning software (e.g., ERP/MRP systems). * Problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Good leadership and team management ability. * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. * Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards (e.g., IEC, NEC). **Language Requirements:** ENGLISH LANGUAGE ARABIC (MEDIUM) **BENEFITS** COMPETITIVE SALARY \+ ACCOMMODATION **CONTACT** SEND CV WHATSAPP 71918827 OR EMAIL info@adhwasohar.com Job Type: Full\-time Ability to commute/relocate: * Ṣuḥār: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: * ELECTRICAL PRODUCTION EE: 3 years (Required)
