Summary: Project Engineer - Aftersales serves as the main point of contact, coordinating post-sale project activities, managing site delivery, and ensuring smooth project completion in utility/industrial sectors. Highlights: 1. Key liaison between clients and internal teams for post-sales projects 2. Manages site delivery, logistics, and documentation 3. Ensures smooth and professional after-sales project execution Looking for candidates with robust experience in project lifecycle management and site coordination within the utility or industrial sectors. The Project Engineer – Aftersales acts as the main point of contact between the end client and the internal team for all post\-sale project activities. This role is responsible for coordinating, communicating, and organizing tasks across departments, managing site delivery and logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring that after\-sales project requirements are completed smoothly and professionally. Communication \& Client Coordination * Act as focal point between end customers and company for all Order to Cash after\-sales communications. * Coordinate directly with the Customer on a regular basis. * Attend weekly customer meetings to share progress and resolve open issues. * Submit technical drawings and documents to the customer and manage responses to comments. * Address and report on any site complaints or technical issues raised by clients. Internal Coordination * Organize and leads all communication and expedition of internal departments (design, planning, logistics, warehouse, QA/QC). 2 • Coordinate internal war room sessions to align team efforts on active projects. * Ensure cross\-departmental readiness for FAT, deliveries, and other project milestones. Project Execution \& Logistics * Raise FAT notifications and coordinate schedules with clients and internal QA/QC teams. * Work with warehouse and logistics teams to manage material movement and site deliveries. * Track project sales and compare against confirmed orders and delivery status. * Coordinate monthly stock verification and create inventory reports related to active projects. Documentation \& Reporting * Maintain organized and updated project files, including approvals, comments, delivery notes, and correspondence. * Submit invoices to clients based on project milestones and follow up as needed. * Support preparation and updates of the In\-Country Value (ICV) plan as per project requirements. * Generate and share regular progress reports with internal and external stakeholders Job Type: Permanent Pay: RO800\.000 \- RO900\.000 per month Work Location: In person
