Ensure project compliance with regulations and quality standards **Position Overview** We are looking for a seasoned **Project Manager** with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will lead large\-scale projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure timely, cost\-effective, and high\-quality delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client objectives. * Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. * Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor management. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes. * Ensure compliance with **Oman’s building codes, labor laws, safety regulations, and permitting requirements**. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. * Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Report progress and performance metrics to senior leadership and clients. * Mentor and develop project teams to achieve excellence. **Required Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering**, Construction Management, or related field * Minimum **15 years of experience** in construction project management. * Proven track record of delivering multi\-million\-dollar projects on time and within budget. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and industry standards. * Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM). * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. * In\-depth knowledge of Oman’s construction laws, labor regulations, and permitting processes. * **Valid driving license** (mandatory). **Preferred Skills** * Fluency in English \& Hindi.
