The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in process optimization, production efficiency, cost reduction, and engineering leadership. Responsibilities * Develop and implement industrial engineering strategies aligned with business objectives. * Lead industrial engineering teams and oversee engineering improvement projects. * Analyze production processes, workflows, and operational performance. * Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost control. * Develop and implement process improvements and standardized work procedures. * Monitor production capacity, resource utilization, labor requirements, and equipment performance. * Lead time studies, process analysis, and workflow optimization initiatives. * Establish and monitor operational and engineering KPIs. * Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and management teams. * Evaluate production layouts, equipment requirements, and facility utilization. * Support capital investment decisions through technical and economic analysis. * Identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve production flow. * Lead continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives. * Ensure engineering projects comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare technical reports, performance analyses, and recommendations for senior management. * Manage engineering budgets, resources, project schedules, and priorities. * Mentor and develop industrial engineering teams. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations, or process improvement, including leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, and productivity improvement. * Experience analyzing production processes, capacity, labor, and equipment utilization. * Strong understanding of manufacturing systems, quality management, and operational efficiency. * Experience managing engineering projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent leadership and communication abilities. * Strong knowledge of engineering performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable operational improvements.
