Work with UI/UX and front-end developers to implement winning variations Get By F is hiring an **E\-Commerce Conversion Rate Specialist** based out of our Al Saada East facility in Salalah. **Compensation:** OMR 1,600 / month **Location:** Building 230, Al Saada East, Salalah (On\-site) **Overview**We need a data\-driven CRO specialist to analyze user funnels, run rigorous A/B testing programs, and optimize customer journeys across our digital storefronts to maximize conversion rates and overall revenue. **Core Responsibilities** * Analyze site analytics, heatmaps, and user session recordings to spot drop\-offs, friction points, and conversion blockers. * Design, build, and run continuous A/B and multivariate experiments across checkout flows, product pages, and landing pages. * Work with UI/UX designers and front\-end developers to push winning test variations into production smoothly. * Map and refine post\-click marketing funnels, cart\-abandonment flows, and personalized onsite messaging. * Present weekly conversion metrics, test results, and revenue impact reports to leadership. **Requirements** * 4\+ years of hands\-on conversion rate optimization (CRO) or growth marketing experience for e\-commerce platforms. * Advanced fluency with web analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Crazy Egg) and testing suites (VWO, Optimizely, Kameleoon). * Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of user psychology, UI/UX principles, and statistical significance in testing. * Based in Oman with the ability to work full\-time on\-site in Salalah. **Application** Submit your CV along with examples of past CRO experiments, A/B testing wins, or conversion growth case studies. الراتب المدفوع: ﷼١٬٦٠٠٫٠٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
