Oversee document and information management systems **Qualifications \& Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or related field Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in HR and administration At least 8 years of experience in HR management, document control, and information management, preferably in real estate/infrastructure projects Experience in Oman/GCC region is highly preferred **Key Responsibilities:** Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals Manage full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Oversee document control and information management systems for project and HR records Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper staffing and manpower planning Maintain and manage HR records, personnel files, and documentation systems. Pay: RO700\.000 \- RO800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
