This role is responsible for improving efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence while aligning processes with overall business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee day\-to\-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity * Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures * Lead, mentor, and manage operations managers and team leaders * Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement * Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and execution * Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams (finance, HR, sales, etc.) * Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and operational standards **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field * 8–12\+ years of experience in operations, management, or related roles * 3–5\+ years of leadership or director\-level experience * Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and performance * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO4,100\.000 per month Work Location: In person
