Liaise with Tier-1 banking partners across the GCC **Treasury Manager** Fine Tradings Finance — Muscat Hills Package: OMR 2,600 monthly (All\-inclusive executive remuneration) We are currently seeking a high\-caliber corporate liquidity specialist to assume immediate ownership of our treasury functions at Fine Tradings Finance. Operating from our executive office in the upscale Muscat Hills commercial sector, this critical role is central to safeguarding our capital structures, managing extensive foreign exchange (FX) exposures, and optimizing corporate liquidity across our regional investment portfolios. Core Strategic Mandate: The selected professional will direct our daily cash positioning, short\-term funding strategies, and corporate debt facility management. A primary focus of this desk involves mitigating regional and international market volatility through advanced FX hedging mechanisms and structured interest rate risk management. You will serve as the principal liaison with Tier\-1 banking partners across the GCC to secure competitive credit facilities, optimize cash pooling frameworks, and streamline automated clearing house (ACH) workflows. Additionally, you will establish robust cash\-flow forecasting models to support the corporate board’s capital allocation and dividend distribution decisions while ensuring absolute compliance with Central Bank of Oman (CBO) regulatory mandates. What We Require: Professional Track Record: A minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury management or high\-tier banking, with deep operational experience within the GCC financial landscape. Technical Qualifications: Proven mastery of complex cash\-flow modeling, treasury management systems (TMS), and international banking platforms. Holding a valid Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or AMCT designation is highly preferred. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative discipline. Location \& Presence: Ability to operate full\-time from our corporate suite in Muscat Hills, demonstrating the polished executive presence required to negotiate directly with institutional banking boards. Communication: Exceptional command of professional English (both written and spoken). Spoken Arabic is a distinct advantage for direct regulatory coordination.
