Lead and manage operations teams **Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Wine Operations Director to oversee all aspects of wine production, sourcing, inventory, and distribution. This role is responsible for ensuring quality standards, optimizing operations, and driving business performance within the wine division. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee end\-to\-end wine operations, including sourcing, production, storage, and distribution * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability * Manage relationships with vineyards, wineries, distributors, and suppliers * Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all wine products * Monitor inventory levels, storage conditions, and supply chain processes * Lead and manage operations teams, including production, logistics, and warehouse staff * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing, and safety standards * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotions * Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements * Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the wine operations **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Viticulture \& Enology, or related field * 8–12\+ years of experience in wine operations, beverage management, or related industry * 3–5\+ years of leadership or director\-level experience * Strong knowledge of wine production, sourcing, and distribution processes * Familiarity with wine regulations, import/export requirements, and licensing * Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Strong analytical and decision\-making abilities * Passion for wine and industry trends Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO4,600\.000 per month Work Location: In person
