Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Architectural Director** to lead design strategy, oversee project delivery, and inspire innovation across architectural disciplines. This role requires visionary leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to align architectural initiatives with organizational and client objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Design Strategy**: Define and implement architectural roadmaps that elevate client and community experiences. * **Project Oversight**: Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering large\-scale architectural and urban projects. * **Innovation**: Introduce sustainable practices, smart technologies, and creative methodologies. * **Client Engagement**: Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability frameworks. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, evaluate project outcomes, and recommend improvements. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor architects and foster a culture of creativity and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s preferred). * 12\+ years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a director\-level role. * Strong knowledge of **design platforms** (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). * Expertise in architectural design, urban planning, and sustainable project delivery. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver architectural solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
