Summary: Seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Implementation & Integration Engineer to deploy e-Invoicing solutions, integrate APIs and ERPs, and provide technical support. We are looking for a technically skilled and customer\-focused \*Implementation \& Integration Engineer\* to join our growing team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Muhasib's e\-Invoicing solution for customers, integrating our APIs and ERP connectors, conducting customer onboarding, and providing technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving technical challenges, and ensuring smooth deployments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. \#\# Key Responsibilities \* Install, configure, and deploy Muhasib's e\-Invoicing platform for customers. \* Implement ERP connectors and integrate customer ERP systems with Muhasib APIs. \* Coordinate with customer IT teams during implementation and go\-live activities. \* Configure API credentials, perform connectivity testing, and validate data exchange. \* Troubleshoot API, connector, networking, and application\-related issues. \* Conduct customer onboarding sessions and provide end\-user training. \* Assist customers with system configuration and implementation best practices. \* Document implementation activities, configurations, and technical procedures. \* Work closely with the Product and Development teams to resolve complex technical issues. \* Provide post\-implementation support and ensure successful customer adoption. \* Participate in customer meetings and communicate implementation progress effectively. \* Travel within Oman whenever customer site visits are required. \#\# Required Qualifications \* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. \* 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or API integration. \* Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services. \* Knowledge of ERP systems and software integrations. \* Familiarity with SQL databases and basic database queries. \* Understanding of networking concepts such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, SSL, VPN, and firewalls. \* Experience using API testing tools such as Postman. \* Basic understanding of cloud\-hosted applications. \* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. \*Four Wheeler Driving License \#\# Preferred Skills \* Experience with ERP solutions such as Tally, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or similar business applications. \* Knowledge of XML and electronic invoicing standards. \* Familiarity with PEPPOL, PINT, or e\-Invoicing frameworks is an advantage. \* Experience working with AWS\-hosted applications is desirable. \* Understanding of VAT and business processes is a plus. \#\# Soft Skills \* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. \* Arabic communication skills will be an added advantage. \* Strong customer service orientation. \* Professional presentation and interpersonal skills. \* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language. \* Self\-motivated with strong ownership and problem\-solving abilities. \* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
