Evaluate emerging technologies to modernize platforms We are hiring a **Principal Software Development Architect** for our engineering team at Salalah Tech Park (Building 215\). This is a high\-level technical leadership position paying **OMR 2,250 per month**, focused on driving enterprise platform design, system scalability, and core software architecture. Primary Focus Areas * **Architecture Strategy:** Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud\-native architectures and microservices frameworks tailored for complex software platforms. * **Engineering Guidance:** Provide technical governance and code reviews for cross\-functional development teams, ensuring best practices in system design and data security. * **Tech Stack Evolution:** Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and dev tools to modernize existing platforms and optimize system performance. * **Technical Roadmap:** Partner closely with product leads and engineering managers to map business objectives into clear technical execution plans. Key Requirements * 8\+ years in enterprise software engineering with at least 3 years in a Principal Architect or Lead Systems Architect role. * Proven mastery in distributed systems, API architecture, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). * Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern security protocols. * Currently residing in Oman and available for full\-time, on\-site engagement in Salalah.
