This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries received via phone and email regarding services, scheduling, and general information * Process service requests and coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure timely completion * Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the company database * Track service status and provide regular updates to customers on progress * Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed * Prepare and send service\-related documents, including confirmations and follow\-up communications * Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating between customers and service teams * Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records for future reference * Support customer retention efforts by ensuring positive service experiences **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus * 1\+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage * Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * Professional demeanor with a customer\-focused approach * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team **Pay salary:** * Salary range: 800\-1000 omr **Employment Type:** * Full\-time **How to Apply:** apply at indeed Job Type: Full\-time
