Support automation and process optimization initiatives **Instrumentation \& Control Manager** Uzeegar Petroleum – Salalah, Oman Location: Salalah Free Zone Salary: OMR 3,000 per month Uzeegar Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instrumentation \& Control Manager to join our operations team in Salalah Free Zone, Oman. The successful candidate will oversee the design, maintenance, and optimization of instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations across petroleum facilities. Key responsibilities include managing instrumentation and control engineering activities, supervising maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and supporting automation and process optimization initiatives. The Instrumentation \& Control Manager will also coordinate with engineering and operations teams to improve system performance, minimize downtime, and support project execution and plant reliability. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline, with extensive experience in instrumentation and control management within the oil \& gas or industrial sector. Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA systems, field instrumentation, and industrial automation technologies is essential. Leadership, technical problem\-solving, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
