We are seeking a motivated **Wholesale Client Coordinator** to manage client relationships and ensure smooth wholesale operations. Role Overview The **Wholesale Client Coordinator** will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to build lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities * Manage wholesale client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. * Coordinate orders, deliveries, and logistics to ensure client satisfaction. * Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams. * Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. * Prepare reports on client activity, sales performance, and market trends. * Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and wholesale standards. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in client coordination, wholesale, or account management. * Strong knowledge of wholesale operations and customer service practices. * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
