Manage integrations and support Odoo upgrades/migrations **Odoo ERP Technical / Functional Specialist** **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Odoo ERP Technical / Functional Specialist** to provide functional and technical support, customization, development, integration, and enhancement of the Odoo ERP system. The role will support daily ERP operations, resolve user issues, assist with finance and operational workflows, and participate in Odoo upgrade or migration activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide daily support for Odoo modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HR. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions. * Configure and support Finance module workflows, accounting flows, reconciliation, and reporting. * Resolve backend and frontend system issues. * Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new features when required. * Manage API, banking, and third\-party integrations. * Support Odoo upgrade, migration, testing, and validation activities. * Conduct user training and prepare user guides. * Prepare technical/functional documentation and weekly progress reports. * Identify process improvements and enhance ERP workflows. **Required Experience \& Skills** * Minimum **4 years of relevant Odoo ERP experience**. * Proven experience in Odoo implementation, migration, and support. * Strong knowledge of **Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework**. * Functional expertise in Finance, Inventory, and Sales modules. * Experience in Odoo customization, module development, and integrations. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills. **Deliverables** * Timely ticket resolution as per SLA. * Customized/developed Odoo modules and features. * Completed integration and upgrade support tasks. * User training, reports, and updated documentation. Pay: RO350\.000 \- RO450\.000 per month Work Location: In person
