Estimation Engineer -CIVIL

Summary: This role involves preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates, collaborating with project managers and engineers, and optimizing project costs using quantum engineering techniques. Highlights: 1. Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. 2. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope. 3. Utilize quantum engineering techniques to optimize project costs. **IMMEDIATE HIRING** **Job Location : Oman** **Min 3 year experience in UAE/Oman / KSA in Civil Engineering** **Responsibilities** \- Prepare accurate and detailed quantity take\-offs and cost estimates. \- Analyze project requirements and develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. \- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and timelines. \- Review blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. \- Utilize quantum engineering techniques to optimize project costs. \- Present estimates and proposals to clients or management. \- Prepares the packages of inquiries and send the inquiries to different suppliers/subcontractors. \- Prepares the comparison between the different suppliers/subcontractors based on the tender document and discuss with Senior Estimation Engineer. \- Follow up quotations. Filling and verification of BOQ. \- Take\-off quantities as instructed by the Senior Estimation **Qualifications** \- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. \- Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer or similar role. \- Proficiency in using estimation software ,interpreting engineering drawings \& using AutoCAD \- Strong analytical and mathematical skills. \- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. \- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Salary :** **up to 400 OMR \+ visa \+accomodation** Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * What is your current salary and visa status?
