Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry preferred **Job Summary:** Aseel Sohar International LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our tissue paper product portfolio. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales growth, and managing promotional campaigns for facial tissues, toilet rolls, kitchen paper napkins, and other products. The position reports to the General Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with company sales targets * Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels * Plan and execute promotional campaigns for retail and wholesale customers * Coordinate with sales team to support product launches and seasonal promotions * Manage social media platforms including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking * Prepare marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and presentations * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the tissue paper industry * Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management * Coordinate with external agencies for printing, advertising, and design services * Organize participation in trade shows and industry events as needed * Manage marketing budget and track return on investment for all activities **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role * Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry is preferred * Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage * Experience with market research and competitor analysis * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel * Creative thinking with attention to detail Pay: RO600\.000 \- RO700\.000 per month Work Location: In person
