Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior Accountant** to lead financial reporting, oversee compliance, and support strategic decision\-making. The successful candidate will manage accounting operations, supervise junior staff, and ensure adherence to international and local financial standards. Key Responsibilities * **Financial reporting**: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * **Budget management**: Oversee budgeting processes and monitor variances. * **Tax compliance**: Ensure timely filing and compliance with Oman’s tax regulations. * **Audit coordination**: Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes. * **Team supervision**: Mentor and guide junior accountants in daily operations. * **Process improvement**: Enhance accounting systems and internal controls. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred). * 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and Oman’s financial regulations. * Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
