We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize our end\-to\-end supply chain operations. Job Summary The Supply Chain Specialist will oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier relationships, and demand planning to ensure efficient and cost\-effective operations. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments and external vendors to maintain uninterrupted product flow while supporting the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and monitor supply chain activities from procurement through delivery. * Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers. * Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors. * Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory. * Prepare purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including import and export documentation where applicable. * Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with sales and operations to support business planning. * Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements. * Resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. * Prepare regular inventory, procurement, and supply chain performance reports. * Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or inventory management. * Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, and logistics operations. * Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage. * Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations is preferred. Preferred Skills * Experience with supply chain planning and demand forecasting. * Familiarity with inventory optimization techniques. * Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies. * Ability to interpret data and prepare management reports. * High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
