We are seeking a highly experienced **Lead Electrical Engineer** to oversee electrical design, execution, and compliance for mission\-critical projects. Role Overview The Lead Electrical Engineer will be responsible for leading electrical engineering design, project delivery, and technical leadership. This role requires strong expertise in electrical systems, safety standards, and the ability to align engineering solutions with organizational and client objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Electrical design**: Lead the design and analysis of electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects. * **Project leadership**: Direct electrical engineering teams and ensure timely project delivery. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and safety regulations. * **Innovation**: Integrate emerging technologies and advanced engineering practices. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. * **Risk management**: Identify electrical risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior engineers to build technical excellence. Qualifications * Proven experience as a **Lead Electrical Engineer** in large\-scale projects. * Strong expertise in **electrical analysis software** (ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, PowerWorld). * Knowledge of **power systems**, **renewable integration**, and **safety standards**. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering preferred. * Professional certifications (Chartered Engineer, PE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
