We are seeking a highly skilled **Process Engineering Manager** to lead process design, optimization, and operational excellence across our engineering initiatives. Role Overview The Process Engineering Manager will oversee process development, improvement, and compliance for large\-scale projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to align engineering processes with organizational goals while ensuring efficiency and sustainability. Key Responsibilities * **Process design**: Lead the development of efficient and scalable engineering processes. * **Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. * **Technology adoption**: Evaluate and implement advanced engineering tools and methodologies. * **Team leadership**: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * **Risk management**: Assess process risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Collaboration**: Partner with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
