We are seeking a highly experienced **Principal Structural Engineer** to lead the design, analysis, and delivery of complex structural systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and innovation in every project. Role Overview The Principal Structural Engineer will oversee structural engineering design, project execution, and technical leadership. This role requires deep expertise in structural systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to align engineering solutions with organizational and client objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Structural design**: Lead the design and analysis of complex structures across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. * **Project leadership**: Direct structural engineering teams and ensure timely project delivery. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and safety regulations. * **Innovation**: Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate advanced engineering practices. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. * **Risk management**: Identify structural risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Mentorship**: Guide and mentor junior engineers to build technical excellence. Qualifications * Proven experience as a **Principal Structural Engineer** in large\-scale projects. * Strong expertise in **structural analysis software** (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000\). * Knowledge of **materials engineering** including steel, concrete, and composites. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Advanced degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred. * Professional certifications (Chartered Engineer, PE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
