Mentor engineering teams and enforce best practices **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly experienced **Lead Frontend Architect** to define and drive the technical vision of our frontend ecosystem. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high\-performance web applications, mentor engineering teams, and ensure best practices across frontend development. This role combines hands\-on coding with strategic leadership and cross\-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and maintain the **frontend architecture** and technical roadmap * Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and high\-performance web applications * Establish and enforce **coding standards, design patterns, and best practices** * Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions * Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) * Oversee performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices * Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to frontend developers * Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies * Ensure cross\-browser compatibility and responsive design standards * Lead technical decision\-making and contribute to long\-term engineering strategy * Manage technical debt and continuously improve development workflows * Support CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing strategies **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 8\+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3\+ years in a leadership or architectural role * Deep expertise in **JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3** * Strong experience with modern frameworks such as **React, Angular, or Vue.js** * Proven experience designing **large\-scale frontend architectures** * Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration patterns * Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, etc.) * Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) * Strong knowledge of **performance optimization techniques** * Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO2,800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
