Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **IT Project Director** to lead enterprise technology projects, oversee project governance, and align IT initiatives with organizational strategy. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * **Project Strategy**: Define and implement project management frameworks across IT initiatives. * **Governance**: Ensure compliance with GCC regulations, ISO standards, and corporate governance. * **Risk Management**: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * **Technology Integration**: Oversee deployment of enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and digital tools. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with executives, regulators, and internal teams to align IT strategy with business objectives. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure project success. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor project managers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 12\+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **project management frameworks** and GCC digital environments. * Expertise in enterprise systems, cloud computing, and digital transformation. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem\-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.
