**Job Title:** Architectural Draftsman **Location:** Qurum, Muscat **Industry:** Construction / Architecture **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings and layouts in compliance with design specifications and project requirements. The role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely and precise drawing outputs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop architectural shop drawings, layouts, and as\-built drawings using AutoCAD/Revit or similar software. * Interpret architectural designs, sketches, and project specifications into accurate drafting outputs. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve discrepancies and incorporate technical inputs. * Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project standards. * Maintain drawing registers, documentation, and revisions for submission and approval. * Provide drafting support during construction phases, including adjustments to reflect on\-site conditions. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Diploma/Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or related field. * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and 3D modeling software is an advantage. * Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural drafting within construction/consultancy. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. * Good communication and coordination skills.
