Ensure compliance with Omani accounting regulations and IFRS **Position:** Accountant **Company:** Aphcarios Engineering Solutions **Location:** Oman **Job Description** **Aphcarios Engineering Solutions** is seeking a detail\-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, monitor project costs, and ensure compliance with Omani accounting regulations and IFRS. The role supports the finance team by maintaining accurate records and providing financial insights for business operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger * Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations * Process accounts payable and receivable * Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis * Prepare documentation for audits, VAT, and financial compliance * Maintain accurate accounting records and support the finance team **Skills \& Qualifications** **Essential:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field * Experience in accounting, preferably within engineering or manufacturing * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting software * Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills **Preferred:** * ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA qualification * Experience with project accounting and cost control * Knowledge of Omani VAT regulations and IFRS Pay: From RO800\.000 per month Work Location: In person
