Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Project Manager (IT) **Company:** Shambhavi Projects LLC **Location:** Nizwa, Oman **Job Summary** Shambhavi Projects LLC is seeking a detail\-oriented **IT Project Manager** to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology projects in Nizwa. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications while coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams. **Key Responsibilities** * **Project Planning:** Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. * **Execution:** Manage day\-to\-day operational aspects of IT projects, including resource allocation and timeline tracking. * **Team Leadership:** Lead and motivate technical teams to meet project milestones. * **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring clear communication between clients and internal departments. * **Risk Management:** Identify potential bottlenecks or risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. * **Quality Control:** Ensure all IT solutions meet company standards and client requirements before final delivery. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * **Experience:** Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar leadership role. * **Skills:** \* Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or MS Project). * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) or infrastructure projects. * **Communication:** Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). * **Location:** Must be willing to work on\-site in Nizwa, Oman. **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification. * Previous experience working in the Oman market or the construction/engineering IT sector.
