Role Overview We are seeking an accomplished **Technical Director** to lead engineering operations, oversee subsea technology projects, and drive innovation in offshore services. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to align technical strategies with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Technical Strategy**: Define and implement technical roadmaps for subsea and offshore operations. * **Project Oversight**: Lead engineering teams in delivering complex subsea projects on time and within budget. * **Innovation**: Introduce new technologies and methodologies to strengthen subsea capabilities. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to international standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. * **Collaboration**: Partner with clients, stakeholders, and cross\-disciplinary teams to ensure project success. * **Performance Monitoring**: Track KPIs, evaluate technical outcomes, and recommend improvements. * **Team Leadership**: Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related field); Master’s preferred. * 12\+ years of experience in subsea engineering or offshore operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **subsea systems**, offshore structures, and marine operations. * Expertise in project management, risk assessment, and safety compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Proven ability to deliver technical solutions in multinational or regional environments, ideally within the GCC.
