




**Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook authentic dishes such as pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces, and antipasti * Manage the Italian kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations * Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet restaurant standards * Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP) * Assist in menu planning and recipe development * Monitor stock levels and reduce food wastage * Supervise and train junior kitchen staff * Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment * Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for service requirements **Skills \& Requirements** * Proven experience as Chef or CDP * Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients * Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment * Excellent time management and teamwork skills * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards * Basic to good English communication skills Job Type: Full\-time Pay: RO250\.000 \- RO260\.000 per month Experience: * Italian cuisine: 4 years (Required) Language: * Tagulog (Preferred)
