We are seeking a highly skilled **Operations Excellence Manager** to lead continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure sustainable growth. Role Overview The Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality across IT and infrastructure projects. This role requires strong leadership, analytical expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities * **Operational strategy**: Define and implement frameworks for operational excellence. * **Process improvement**: Lead Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to optimize workflows. * **Performance management**: Establish KPIs and monitor operational performance across departments. * **Cost optimization**: Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality. * **Risk management**: Assess operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Collaboration**: Partner with cross\-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions. * **Culture building**: Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications * Proven experience as an **Operations Excellence Manager** or similar leadership role. * Strong expertise in **Lean Six Sigma**, **process optimization**, and **quality management**. * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. * Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
