Summary: Seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and lead quality control activities for refinery/construction projects. Highlights: 1. Lead QA/QC procedures and quality management systems for refinery projects 2. Ensure project compliance with international standards and client requirements 3. Manage QA/QC inspections, audits, testing, and documentation Location: Duqm Refinery Project, Oman Position: QA/QC Manager Joining: Immediate Job Responsibilities: * Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems for refinery/construction projects. * Ensure all construction and project activities comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. * Manage QA/QC inspections, audits, testing, and documentation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams regarding quality matters. * Review and approve quality plans, method statements, ITPs, and inspection reports. * Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Lead and supervise QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and quality personnel. * Handle NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement processes. * Ensure proper documentation and submission of quality records and reports. * Participate in project meetings and support project completion within quality requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum 10\+ years of QA/QC experience in oil \& gas, refinery, or large industrial construction projects. * Previous GCC/Oman refinery project experience preferred. * Strong knowledge of international codes and standards. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Immediate availability to join preferred.
