We are seeking a seasoned **Senior Construction Manager** to lead large\-scale developments, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while driving innovation in construction practices. Role Overview The Senior Construction Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align construction activities with organizational and client objectives. Key Responsibilities * **Project leadership**: Direct and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. * **Planning \& scheduling**: Develop project timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies. * **Quality assurance**: Ensure adherence to design specifications and construction standards. * **Safety compliance**: Enforce HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment. * **Stakeholder management**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. * **Risk management**: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. * **Team leadership**: Mentor and guide project engineers and site managers. Qualifications * Proven experience as a **Senior Construction Manager** in large\-scale projects. * Strong expertise in **construction management**, **project scheduling**, and **contract administration**. * Knowledge of **HSE standards** and regulatory frameworks. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. * Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
